We run 4 workshops a year, on processing your own poultry for the table. These are usually conducted during school term breaks.
It is an opportunity for you to learn how to kill and dress poultry, what can often be a confronting process, through
supportive team work in a friendly and relaxed group setting.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own, but we usually have plenty to for everyone to get hands on!
Minimal cost involved, just to cover lunch and packing materials.
